How to Become a Vendor

Interested in Being a Vendor


The Great Texas Mosquito Festival offers vendors a variety of booth spaces. The spaces are all located in the grassy area of our Clute Municipal Park. The average number of booth spaces available are 90-100. Food vendors may sell multiple food items. Inventories are required before contract approval. Also, some craft and novelty booths are limited in the number that may participate with the same type of craft.

Vendor Contracts are first sent to vendors that attended our event last year. Our previous year's vendors are given the first opportunity to renew before a specified date, this year it is by April 3, 2023. Once this date has passed, we then start working off of a "pending vendor list" made up from people who have called, emailed, submitted vendor inquiry online or come by and asked about participating in our 2023 Festival.

Please read the 2023 Vendor Guidelines and then complete and return the appropriate forms to mparrish@clutetexas.gov or mail to Clute Parks & Recreation, Attn: GTMF Vendors, 100 Parkview Drive, Clute, TX 77531.

ALL VENDOR APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED AND A CONFIRMATION WILL BE SENT ONCE APPROVED. SUBMITTAL OF APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE A VENDOR SPOT. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT PAYMENT UNTIL APPLICATION IS CONFIRMED.
